Love this place. There are so many different styles of yoga classes, something to suit everyone and times to suit everyone. Erin is a fantastic teacher. This is great addition to Bantry.

Classes
Foundation Yoga: This class will help you develop your practice and knowledge of asana while keeping you present and centered through connecting with the breath. Alignment of each pose and modifications will be offered. Experienced yogis and beginners welcome. Postures will involve some seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions.
Hatha Yoga: Suitable for regular practitioners and beginners alike, this class focuses on building and restoring the yin in the body.
Salute the Sun Yoga Class: An energising, early morning asana and pranayama practice designed to open and invigorate body and heart through an active sequence of postures and exploration of the breath.
Flow Class: This practice will involve some dynamic movement in a vinyasa style flow class. This will enable you to build strength and flexibility through sun salutations and other connected postures while still allowing a final relaxation that will allow you to emerge calm and capable.
Ashtanga Yoga Class: This class will open with a traditional Ashtanga chant, pranayama and then move into warming up the joints. This traditional yoga will offer postures from the primary sequence, ie sun salutations, standing postures, seated sequence, inversions and finish with a relaxed Savasana.
Kundalini Yoga: An uplifting blend of physical and spiritual practices based on a specific kriya. Class may include chanting, pranayama, meditation as well as the physical asanas (postures). Each class has a specific intention, designed to generate and awaken energy (kundalini) within the body, creating balance and greater awareness.
Gentle Yoga Class: A soft, calm, and gentle asana and pranayama practice for yogis who would like to recover, relax and just “be”. Central to the class is the learning of simple and effective breathing techniques and integrated movement with the breath. Sink deeper into restorative poses with the use of props and enjoy the peace of Savasana by the end of each class.
Chair Yoga Class: This class includes a short guided meditation, pranayama, exploration of sound vibrations, and seated postures, with a guided relaxation. Suitable for all ages and ranges of mobility.
Restorative Yoga Class: Restorative Yoga includes pranayama and gentle supported postures. This type of yoga allows for the body to gently relax into postures using props through a body meditation. Deeply relaxing for the mind and central nervous system.
Chanting, Pranayama & Meditation: Meditation will open with a chant to allow each individual to become centered and unite a positive group energy. This followed by pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. The session will close with a chant allowing each individual to be more resilient and mindful in their day.
Silent Meditation: Short introduction to turning your attention inward to your breath followed by three fifteen-minute intervals of silent meditation.
Guided Meditation: This 45-minute session will allow the exploration of relaxation through a gently guided meditation, which will offer various focuses week to week.
